Lots of them. I was mapping them. That is, I was going around in a big truck and sampling pasties in order to create a Pasty Atlas of the British Isles.
I also just had to download something and was asked which mirror site was nearest to my location. I chose Ireland. Doh!

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm … pasties [drool]
With a sweet cup of tea, pickled onion, and tomato chutney 🙂

You could do a tour of the US in the search for the perfect pasty instead… *shrugs shoulders and wishes could send a pasty*

Don’t need to now!
I know exactly whereabouts in the States to look for the perfect pasty…in my kitchen!
I have mastered the cheese, onion and potato oggy!
I so rule! 😉
Re: …
oooh pickled onions! *slurp*
*Bill recoils in horror*
We just bought a batch of sweet vidalia onions (a local variety that are very sweet and Bill assures me can be eaten like apples, not going to try that though) and I think we’re going to attempt to make some vidalia onion relish. That should be pretty good with pasties too.
