Y’know it freaks me out that in the US they don’t put license plates on the front – the first time I was there I thought I was just seeing lots of people being naughty 😀

I love my new car! I think we’re going to call her Purdie, though my Dad reckons that being a Mazda she needs a good Japanese name, so…if you have any suggestions?!!!
Sorry to only run into you just as we were leaving the roller derby. I was beginning to feel quite sore and uncomfortable. Hope you had a great evening? Who won in the end? We were rooting for the Apocalpystixs, but they weren’t doing so well when we left. 🙁
Yup, you can’t miss her, especially in the sea of silvers, greys and platinums that seem to be the colours of choice over here. I won’t be losing her in a car park that’s for sure.
I think the laws on license plates vary per state. Some states do require them on the front, but Georgia doesn’t. Seems very silly to me. I also don’t understand why they make the plates so difficult to read. You’d think you’d want the plates to be easily legible from a distance for id purposes, but apparently not. Weird.
I had sooo much fun tootling around in her this weekend. Enjoyed driving again. Having a manual feels so much more like driving, I feel in control instead of the other way around. Hoorah!
Dogs are banned from the car for the time being, too hairy and stinky to go near our precious parp parp!

The apocalypstixs lost by just a few points (when the whistle blew – I honestly thought they’d won – it is so confusing), I believe the final score was Sakes 111/Stixs 109 – close game!
